|Recommended: YesComfortable living. — I have never seen so many positive reviews for an apartment complex. I was very impressed by that. Usually, happy people do not leave reviews since frustration is often channeled through negative reviews at other complexes.
There is very low turnover, and it took me a fair amount of effort scouring the website for an available unit within my target move in date. Best complex in SE Springfield

|Recommended: YesWe just renewed our lease with The Wooten Co for the third year. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The pools, on-site gym, and laundry facilities make The Wooten Co a great place to rent from. The air conditioner and furnace cools and heats our entire townhouse efficiently. There is a lot of green space that is maintained by a professional company with pet stations, including waste bags and disposal bins throughout. Many neighbors have grills, patio furniture, plants, and container gardens bringing uniqueness to their area. There is plenty of parking spread around the property so you don't have to park far away from your door. The pools, on-site gym, and laundry facilities make this a great place to live.

|Recommended: YesIt is a great first time apartment, especially if you are living alone Very Safe — I enjoy living at Quail Ridge, it was my first apartment and I was scared living on my own but they made me feel very safe with security driving around at night and I have never seen a light out in a hallway or in the parking lot.
