|Recommended: YesThe property is very nice and well maintained — I have lived here a year now and couldn't be more happy. The people are nice and the upkeep is wonderful. It is peaceful and pretty quiet just a little traffic but I am used to it now and don't bother me a bit. maintenance is great and on the spot when needed. I can see me living here for a long time.

|Recommended: YesGreat apartments — I love living here. It's a great location, the staff is always friendly, the neighborhood is safe. I rarely have issues and when I do, they are fixed within the day. Quail Ridge is a great place to live.

|Recommended: NoNot the cleanest but it’s good for the price — The walls are thin so you can hear everyone’s conversations. There’s not a lot of maintenance workers so if you have something that has broken or isn’t working, expect to be waiting at least a few hours until anything gets fixed. Overall good apartment for the price.

|Recommended: NoI think that this apartment complex could be better. — I live in building 400 and I have asked management to fix the front parking areas for a while now. Every time it rains, there are puddles so deep that your ankles are covered. It is not ideal.
