|Recommended: YesIt’s a great apartment complex to live at. This is our 3rd year. They are quick to fix any issues I call in for maintenance repairs or concerns. The kids love the pool and park area and the neighbors are great.

|Recommended: YesI havent had any complaints in the last 3 years of living at Wooten in the Quail Ridge Townhomes - they are available even with the market rates going up, for the space and the pool. Have made really good friends with the other tenants and we have all helped each other. Friendly environment, safe environment for my kids. Do not plan on leaving

|Recommended: YesI have rented from Wooten going on four years now and love living here it is quit and the staff is friendly and helpful. The amenities are very nice and the grounds are kept clean. It is close to drs and hospitals and lots of shopping. So convenient

If I ever had any questions, they were always willing to try and help. The property was always clean and well maintained. I definitely recommend the Wooten Company

|Recommended: YesOverall good experience. Staff is easy to work with and responds in a timely manner. It is in a good location near Glendale High School. Laundry facility is onsite and has had a few issues. There is quit a bit of screeching noises above.

|Recommended: Yesi’ve been renting with The Wooten Co at Concord Manor for almost 2 years now and my experience has been great Maintenance is always super quick to fix anything. The apartments are super spacious and it’s relatively quiet. Pricing is pretty fair for a 2 bed as well.

|Recommended: YesGreat for a first time renter — This is place is definitely super homey and comfortable. Upstairs is a little loud but it comes with living with an apartment. The laundry facility is great and efficient. You can use your mobile phone to check the time and etc. So far so good and I would recommend to a first time renter and couple

|Recommended: YesI really enjoy living here. The kitchen area is so spacious in the 2 bedroom layout and that is one of my favorite parts. There is good closet space and the bathrooms are updated. I live in an old building and the floors are very noisy. I am often woken up by neighbors who are not purposefully loud, but the floor they walk on screeches over my head. I would love better amenities. The gym is pretty bad, just a bunch of treadmills and a cable machine. The pool area is small and in disrepair, you can walk to other Quail Ridge pools but they may not all be filled. Would also like to have some more security, anyone could walk into the building and there are many blind spots as I walk to my apartment. There are no cameras as far as I can tell. Directly next to a major highway. I don't mind because it helps me get around town quickly, but the noise is substantial. The apartment meets my needs and is a nice enough place to live. The location, kitchen, and price keep me here Pet friendly
