|Recommended: YesMy water heater went out and maintenance was quick to come out same day to replace it. The townhomes are nice and quiet. I have lived here since 2021 with zero problems. I feel very safe here. 10 10 recommend

|Recommended: YesMy wife and I have lived here for a couple of years now. We love how quiet it is. Our neighbors are all friendly. Jeff Diane have been easy to work with. We have just renewed for our third year. We liked it so well, two of our grown children have moved into different buildings.

I am satisfied with this property overall. Neighbors are respectful and quiet. I am on the 2nd floor, and I have not had any problems with the tenant s below me or above me. I have been renting since 1991 and I place my apartment here in the number one spot for the absence of neighbor noise. Some creaking above me, but it is normally reasonable compared to any of the units that I have occupied in the past. Friendly and professional Management team. I recommend this property without hesitation. Great location
|Recommended: YesThe people here are so kind and welcoming. They have a great little park for kids and there’s a pool for little kids to play in too so you don’t have to worry. Maintenance is super quick to fix problems and they don’t make you feel uncomfortable when they come to help out.

|Recommended: YesI’ve lived here in quail ridge townhomes for over 6 years and when I tell you the prices will do right by you, you’ll be amazed with the quality of living and the rent prices… especially in this economy The location is great as you’ll have a price cutter in walking distance a gas station amongst other PLA walkable places nearby. Amenities are included with a laundry mat, a pool, and a gym all on board if you’re looking for a little something extra to do.

I would recommend this place to anyone with the free fast internet and lot of room for my dog to play its a great place to live

Has its places for improvement in the areas of amenities and security lit parking lot but no apparent cameras on site and anyone can walk into the buildings . Absolutely love the location only drawback of location is the hwy noise but i’ve gotten used to it. Management is great Their desire to keep things nice and up to date is apparent with a new parking lot and restrained decks Enjoying my time here. Great value apartment.

|Recommended: YesI Love concord manor I renewed my lease because it’s a wonderful place to live the grounds are well kept and the property managers are super kind and willing to help whenever an issue arises it’s never super loud and everyone i’ve met so far has been beyond kind
