|Recommended: YesHave enjoyed living here for the past few years. Many of my neighbors have been long term tenants. It has places for improvement in the areas of amenities and security anyone can walk into the buildings. Absolutely love the location and great neighborhood. Only drawback is the hwy noise but i’ve gotten used to it. Management is great. Their desire to keep things nice on the property is apparent. Enjoying my time here. Great value apartment

|Recommended: YesLove my apartment here. I was unfortunately relocated due to a fire at my old apartment with Wooten and I honestly am so glad that my choice was Quail Ridge. It is very clean and well maintained. When there is a problem, maintenance is there the same day to fix it every time.

|Recommended: YesThe Quail Ridge Townhomes is a great place to live. Very friendly staff and they get things done in a timely manner. Pet and Kid friendly. Everything is either in walking distance or Driving for stores and Restaurants or even taking the bus. Amenities on Site playground for kids, 3 pools, Washer and Dryer room, and Exercising room.

|Recommended: YesWe actually really enjoy living here. We're going on three years and wouldn't mind going for a fourth. It's a pretty quiet area, not too much happens. It's pet friendly, has a pool gym and free internet for tenants. There's also schools, churches and a huge number of businesses located within walking distance, which is such a plus

|Recommended: YesExcellent place to live. I've never had any issues with the property owners or the people who work in the office. Any maintenance requests I've had were resolved promptly. There are several included amenities fitness center, swimming pool, high speed internet at no additional cost, laundry center. I would say the rent price is probably above average. But it is still within reason and I would gladly pay a little more to ensure a nice quality place to live. I've been here for 5 years. Started in a 1-bed and moved to a 2-bed. Both are great. I don't see myself moving anywhere else until I'm ready to buy a house.

|Recommended: YesMy water heater went out and maintenance was quick to come out same day to replace it. The townhomes are nice and quiet. I have lived here since 2021 with zero problems. I feel very safe here. 10 10 recommend
