Weekly ground maintenance and well kept pool. Front porch stoop and back patio with some fencing. Room for plants and outdoor seating. Constant security. Pet friendly, cat loves the glass french doors.

|Recommended: YesI have been here 6 years and have enjoyed every year. The people in the office are nice and helpful as is the maintenance people. It is close to shopping, restaurants, and hospitals. I recommend Quail Ridge to anyone looking for a place to call home.

|Recommended: YesI have lived at Qual Ridge East for 1 full year and it has been my favorite place I have stayed in Springfield so far. The rent is cheap, the neighbors are quiet and friendly, walls are dense, and having a top floor spot has been my absolute favorite. Absolutely AMAZING location being right between Sunshine and Battlefield on Highway 65, making any travel within Springfield a maximum of 20 minutes away. I was skeptical signing a new lease when I left my last place but Wooten and the staff here have been awesome and helpful all year long. I have had absolutely no issues here and I am looking forward to another awesome year

|Recommended: YesVery well maintained grounds. All the staff are very friendly and take your concerns seriously. If there are any problems, they are quick to help fix them. All the facilities are great and the units are well made. The free internet is amazing. The neighborhood feels safe. I've never felt in danger nor had any issues with theft. I did have to deal with a family of mice hiding in my AC, but, so far, that's been a one time issue and there have not been any pest problems since. My only real complaint is the noise. You get used to the highway traffic pretty quickly, so that's no big deal. However, the walls are pretty thin. You will be able to hear your neighbors watching TV or their dogs barking all night long. Overall, though, I am still very satisfied with my stay and would recommend it if you're looking for a place that's affordable, safe, and comfortable.

It's so conveniently located by the mall, grocery stores, and great schools.The management will quickly answer any questions or concerns you may have, and usually give you opportunities to earn reduction on monthly rent like door decorating contest. I highly recommend these townhomes to anyone moving or are currently located in the Springfield,MO area.

|Recommended: YesI love my little apartment, haven’t had any issues with pests, my free internet is amazing, the property is well maintained, and the rent is reasonable. The area is great cause it’s between sunshine and battlefield and next to 65, super accessible to the whole area but also way safer than north side apartments. The only complaint I have is a few times a month I can smell weed coming from other apartments. I hate the weed smell so much but I know it’s just part of life.
